If I commission Ms. Franziska Heimerl (contractor) to carry out a clearing, reading or energy transfer, then the following is clear to me:

The contractor will use shamanic techniques to make contact with the client's soul in order to find out where any problems/blockages/resistances exist and how they can be resolved.

This results either in further measures that the contractor can carry out herself or in recommendations/advice for the client. It is at the client's discretion whether and how he/she heeds/implements these recommendations/advice.

The contractor's service consists exclusively of methods/techniques of spiritual healing. Spiritual healing serves to activate the self-healing powers and does not replace diagnosis or treatment by a doctor, alternative practitioner (Heilpraktiker) or psychologist. The contractor does not make medical diagnoses and does not carry out any treatments of medicine in the legal sense.

I neither make promises of healing nor do I make diagnoses in the sense of conventional medicine. Any liability towards me is hereby excluded. Every session with me is on a voluntary basis and requires basic psychological stability.
